Abraham Abulafia (1240-ca. 1300), Chayyei ha-Olam ha-Ba. Kabbalistic treatise involving 'Explanations of the 72-letter name of God, partly illustrated by circular figures, with exact instructions for mystical meditation' (Encyclopedia Judaica I, 186). There are around 40 manuscript copies extant. The book was recently published for the first time (Jerusalem 1999).
