Abraham ben Mordechai Azulai, Sefer Or ha-Chammah. Saloniki, Saadia Halevi Ashkenazi, 1842

Abraham Azulai (c. 1570-1643) began to study Kabbalah after having concentrated on the study of the Talmud and philosophical literature. He wrote three treatises on the Zohar, divided in three books, Or ha-evanah (the light of the moon) - textual variations in the Zohar; Or ha-Chammah (the light of the sun) - a collection of commentaries on the Zohar by Moses Cordovero and Abraham Galanti. and Or ha-Ganuz (the hidden light) in manuscript - Lurianic commentaries on the Zohar.
